Your Laboratory Workplace as MTLA (m/f/d)
Your workplace is in the central laboratory of the teaching hospital in the specialist team for haematological and oncological analysis.
The hospital is in a quiet location and yet can be reached quickly from the city and the motorway. Your workplace is in the central laboratory on the hospital grounds.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carrying out analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, immunology, haematology, haemostaseology, serology and microbiology
- Blood depot: conserve management, blood grouping, antibody screening and antibody differentiation, crossmatching
- Incoming control and sample distribution including forwarding to partner laboratories
- Equipment and reagent management
- Monitoring/clearing of laboratory-relevant, administrative transaction data in data management system (LIS/KIS)
- Quality management and quality controls according to the German Medical Association (RiliBÄK)
Your Training and Qualifications as an MTLA (m/f/d)
- Completed professional training as an medical-technical laboratory assistant (MTLA) or
- Completed training as a medical-technical assistant with knowledge of a medical laboratory
- Professional experience in the field of haematology or oncology desired
- Knowledge and experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) desirable
- German Language Skills: B2-Level
